RETURN TO WORK

The Mentally Well Workplace

Juliette has helped individuals navigate their return to work after serious illness or injury, as well as advise workplaces how to better look after the emotional and mental wellbeing of their employees. Working with management teams, she has helped improve communication and processes within work spaces, to ensure that everyone can work to their full potential and

enjoy what they are doing. Most of all, a workplace should be safe for everyone at all times. Juliette helps management to assess their risks and ensure that a zero injury policy is a central theme of all workspaces.

It's all about thinking ahead, listening to your employees and taking the time to look around, learn from the past and prioritise the safety of those who choose you as an employer. Juliette encourages the 'Tell it How it Is' procedure, which encourages employees to speak up when they need to with the support of management.

An open and supportive communication policy between employees and employer ensures that everyone has a space to be listened to.

She has helped individuals working through the trauma of injury, and sudden illness. She has worked as part of care teams, navigating Worker's Compensation if applicable, and planning a return to work that feels good - even if it means reforming your notion of what your job looks like in this new environment, and revising your expectations. Injury can be confronting and learning to accept that you may now rely on others can be difficult.

Juliette can help you to coordinate appointments, feel safe and secure in the return-to-work process. When you are injured at work, you can often feel overwhelmed at what happens next. Juliette can guide you through the process and ensure that your care team supports your needs.

People often need adjustment time after an injury. Juliette can help you through CBT and Acceptance Therapy to help reform your career goals and learn how to better manage your thoughts surrounding your injury.
