Founder & Director - The ADHD Clinic

Welcome

'The ADHD Clinic understands that ADHD and ASD can be a difficult to navigate. ADHD is far more than someone who can't sit still or easily forgets appointments. ADHD is a complex neurodevelopment disorder that can have profound impacts on an individual's ability to regulate many aspects of their life.

By the way - we prefer to call it a 'condition' rather than a disorder.

That's why we created a neurodivergent-friendly clinic that would offer people help with their Lived Experiences of ADHD as well as ASD and other mental health conditions that often exist alongside ADHD.

We offer a unique 6 week ADHD Therapeutic Coaching Program tailored to your needs.

This will also be offered as a group therapy via Telehealth starting in July 2025.

We help people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Grief and Loss, Couple's Counselling and we undertake family therapy as well.

We operate from a shared-care context to ensure that you receive the right help when you need it.

Comprehensive, research based support, with staff who not only understand neurodivergence but who are also undertaking ground-breaking research into different aspects of ADHD. We take the time to listen to fully understand your needs.

Our mission is clear.

To create a global centre of excellence for ADHD and ASD support and research. We want to link our patients with people that are dedicating their lives to finding solutions for neurodivergent individuals.

Our in-person clinic services a wide area of Victoria and offers both professional mental health counselling as well as GP services. Our Telehealth services cater for clients in remote parts of Australia, Capital Cities as well as overseas.

Our clinic GP can arrange referrals for formal adult ADHD testing, co-share with ADHD medication management (Victoria only) and support you with your mental and physical health, including offering appropriate blood tests.
