ANXIETY

Anxiety can feel and look like many things.

 

It can be a feeling of general discomfort, poor sleep, not feeling like eating... comfort overeating.

 

You may have panic attacks and feel out of control.

Anxiety can make you feel like you don't want to go out just incase you feel panicked.

You may experience school refusal. Or not feel like showing up for work.

 

The problem with anxiety, is that if left unmanaged, it can get bigger and invade more spaces of your life.

We can help you to regulate your emotions.

 

To reduce your anxious feelings before they overwhelm you.

 

We'll teach you breathing exercises, self-care and perhaps engage in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy).

 

We'll teach you how to meditate and how to adopt positive coping strategies.

We'll make sure that your inner critic isn't making things worse for you.

Anxiety can be managed and we'll work with you to show you how.
