Depression

We offer a range of therapeutic modalities that have been shown to help with depression.

Depression can sometimes feel as if it appears out of nowhere, or maybe you can feel

yourself slipping in a gradual decline.

It might be something small that tips you into a place where you suddenly feel like you can't cope.

Everything feels like a struggle and you may feel like your wheels have fallen off.

We'll provide you with a safe space to talk, and to discuss coping strategies.

We'll be with you by your side as you work through your depression.

Engage in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and even Art Therapy. ​

We can help you create small steps to cope with and navigate your depression, including making sure that you reach out to your GP and other professionals.

By making small changes on a regular basis to your daily routine, diet, and lifestyle habits,

positive progress can be made, sometimes in conjunction with medications that

are prescribed by your healthcare team.
