Sisterhood Therapy
You can't always spot someone who is suffering from domestic violence. There may be no external signs of abuse. A person may try desperately to hide their abuse, wearing a mask of coping.

We guide women through domestic abuse. Gently. We'll help you to identify what abuse looks like, how to challenge negative beliefs about yourself and to help you rebuild yourself back into someone you recognise. We're going to empower you.

We'll help you to move forward. We'll provide you with community supports that will provide you with extra assistance.

We help women who may be living with narcissistic abuse. Stone-walling, punishments, love-bombing, confusion, demeaning behaviours, word-salad conversations and discard.

We'll help you understand what a trauma bond looks like and why it can be so hard to leave a toxic relationship.

We help women who have been cast aside suddenly from narcissistic abuse and we help you to process the experience which can be overwhelming.

We support women living with sociopaths and psychopaths - people with little demonstrable attachment to others. We'll help you process conversations which may not have made sense or actions that appear confusing.

We'll explain what coersive control looks like.

All of these behaviours can appear confusing. It's why women sometimes stay. Trying to find the original version of the person they married. The illusion. We'll help you to make sense of who you are living with, and what your best options are.

Most of all, we will find hope for you.

The door is open. We'll help you walk through with dignity.
