Fee Policy

We have recently revised our cancellation policy. Please read this information before you book.

 

​We offer our concession rate to school and tertiary students within Australia. International clients pay $120 per session.

You must include a credible payment option when you book. Your account should have money in it so that your appointment can be charged. Please do not use a card that is associated with an account that does not have available funds as you may be charged at the commencement of your appointment. A lack of funds means that the appointment cannot then go ahead and you will have your appointment cancelled if you cannot demonstrate a way to pay for the appointment.

In special circumstances, we will allow you to pay on the day. However, this must be pre-arranged. 

24 hours' written notice is required to cancel an appointment for a refund.
