ADHD180 Training  Program is a specialised psychoeducational training initiative designed for schools, tertiary institutions, and organisations seeking to better support neurodivergent individuals within learning and professional environments.

Developed by The ADHD Clinic Pty Ltd, ADHD180 equips educators, leaders and staff with a deeper understanding of ADHD and its real-world impact on attention, productivity, communication and performance. The program combines current research with practical, implementable strategies that help organisations create environments where individuals with ADHD can work, learn and contribute at their best.

Participants gain insight into the latest developments in ADHD research while also learning how to optimise structures, expectations and workplace practices to support focus, engagement and sustainable performance.

ADHD180 moves beyond awareness. It provides organisations with practical frameworks that help transform understanding into effective support.

Your Coach

Juliette Cavendish is the Director of The ADHD Clinic Pty Ltd and a mental health therapist registered with the Australian Counselling Association. She works with adults seeking practical strategies to better manage the everyday realities of living with ADHD.

Juliette specialises in structured ADHD coaching designed to help individuals develop stronger executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and effective life systems. Her approach is collaborative and practical, combining evidence-informed psychological approaches with coaching methods that support meaningful, sustainable change between sessions.

Currently undertaking a PhD focused on the lived experience of ADHD, Juliette’s research aims to bridge the gap between diagnostic language and real-world experience. Her work is directed toward developing improved screening and intake frameworks that better reflect how ADHD is actually experienced in adult life, with the goal of strengthening post-diagnostic support.

Drawing on both her academic research and clinical work with clients, Juliette integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a structured ADHD coaching framework. Her focus is on helping clients move beyond insight and into practical action, building systems that support daily functioning at home, at work, in education, and within relationships.

Juliette holds qualifications across counselling, education, and health, including a Master’s in Counselling, Master’s in Education Research Methodology, Bachelor of Education, and specialised training in ADHD coaching. Our ADHD coaching is grounded in contemporary research and designed for individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives.

This program is most effective for people who are motivated to actively engage in the process and apply strategies between sessions. Coaching focuses on developing practical systems that improve daily functioning and help you move forward with greater clarity and control.

We provide evidence-informed approaches to help you better manage executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, task initiation, and organisation. Our work draws on the latest understanding of ADHD and how it affects adults in real-world environments.

Sessions take a holistic and multi-modal approach. We begin by exploring the broader lifestyle factors that influence cognitive performance and well-being, including sleep patterns, nutrition, exercise, and daily structure. From there, we develop personalised strategies that address the specific ways ADHD is impacting your life.

The focus is not simply on understanding ADHD, but on building sustainable systems that support effective living at home, at work, in education, and in relationships.

Coaching works best when clients are ready to reflect, experiment with new approaches, and commit to making gradual but meaningful changes.
